MOVE IN or OUT - Studio Apartments

  We will schedule 2 cleaners for 2.5 hours for this service.  This service includes standard deep cleaning of the entire unit PLUS: Cleaning the inside of the refrigerator Cleaning the inside of the oven Cleaning inside all kitchen cabinets Cleaning inside all closets Cleaning inside all bathroom cabinets Cleaning the glass of all windows (inside only) ***Please note:  WE DO NOT MOVE furniture or appliances to eliminate the risk of damage to walls or floors.  IF you need this done, you will have to sign a waiver that we are not responsible for damage.    ________________________________________________________________________ NOTE:  This is based on a sight unseen cleaning.  IF we arrive, and there is extra cleaning required due to heavy soiling, major spillage in the refrigerator, caked on grease in the oven, additional fees may be required.  Additional fees would be equal to $50 per extra LABOR hour.  *Labor hour = hours per person assigned.
