Black Obsidian Axe Blade

Oversized Axe Blades are made of shiny black obsidian, a natural volcanic glass. These especially large, well-flaked blades are good for making tomahawks or displaying as a conversation piece. Presented in an ancient form, these axe blades make a great specimen of metaphysical obsidian. Glossy black, possibly with silver sheen or an occasional thin vein of ash . We lightly abrade the sharp edges so you don’t bleed (as much)--but still be careful, obsidian is sharp!! Knapped in the USA.
