Butcher’s Best Chicken Rub

This rub has a smoky flavor with a hint of sweetness and a nice balance of heat.  In addition to chicken, try adding to a spicy stir fry.  Add 1-2 teaspoons of rub per breast.  For best results rub ahead of time and refrigerate for 8-24 hours.  Bring to room temperature before cooking.  Ingredients:  Chipotle flakes, California paprika, chipotle powder, fenugreek, clove, ginger, cumin, cardamom, coriander, black pepper, turmeric, sea salt, cinnamon and allspice.
