In this hands-on class, our instructor will introduce you to the Spanish ingredients that make the perfect paella so delicious. We’ll show you how to prepare the sofrito- the flavor base. We will also share secrets for ensuring perfectly cooked rice every time. You’ll enjoy working alongside your partner practicing knife skills, sautéing techniques and more as you master the basics for making incredible paella at home. We'll round up the meal with a seasonal salad and classic Spanish dessert.
