NANROBOT Extended Warranty

Following the end of the regular warranty, the extended warranty provides an additional coverage period.The extended warranty shall cover solely defects in materials or workmanship. Any damage or degradation arising from normal wear and tear during customary operation is specifically excluded. Warranty period: 45 days: Controller, Voltage lock, Switch button, Brake, Headlight 3 months: Throttle, Display, Battery 6 months: Motor Note:The warranty does not cover conditions, malfunctions or damage caused by incorrect usage, poor maintenance or unauthorized technical adjustments as advised in the user manual.We provide our customers with replacements of defect parts only once. The warranty is limited to the first purchaser. If you sell your Nanrobot scooter, the warranty cannot be transferred to the new owner.
