True to form for a natural processed coffee, it has a beautiful fruit character, but instead of leaning into berry and citrus, it has a fresh stone fruit quality that we just can't resist. Its lovely and delicate sweetness and a light floral undertone also reminds us of chamomile and sweet tea. This delightful tasting profile pairs with an elegant silky mouthfeel. Origin & Producer This naturally processed coffee comes to us from our long-time importing partners at Trabocca, who works closely with farmers in many regions of Ethiopia. This particular coffee is from the Aricha micro-region of Yirgacheffe, grown by farmers of the Naga Singage Community.
