Ember is our flagship espresso blend—layered, sweet, and endlessly approachable. It’s a daily ritual kind of coffee: smooth enough to sip solo, bold enough to carry milk. We built this blend on three pillars: Brazil for rich chocolate base notes and structure. Honduras for caramel sweetness and a creamy body. Ethiopia for subtle berry brightness and a hint of fruit complexity. Together, they create a shot that’s clean, comforting, and classic—without bitterness or sharp edges. While it shines as espresso (black or with milk), Ember holds up beautifully as a filter brew too. Roast Profile: Roasted to 421°F — a lighter-side medium roast. Developed just enough for smooth extraction, without losing nuance or muting acidity.
