The Synergee core sliders come in four different colours to suit your style. Each slider measures 7"x7"x.05", the perfect size for everyone! Mountain Climbers START: Place the core sliders under your feet and begin sliding them back and forth keeping your back straight. Plank START: Put the core sliders under your feet in a plank position with elbows on the ground at a 90 degree angle. Pikes START: Place the core sliders under your feet in a military plank position and then pull your legs in towards your hands.
