When this 3-zone condenser is matched with select MRCOOL air handlers, it can produce a highly effective 22 SEER efficiency rating. MRCOOL DIY system, the MRCOOL DIY 9K and 12K BTU Ductless Wall Mounted Air Handler is one of the most efficient air handlers available. Not only can it produce a 22 SEER efficiency rating it can also cover an area up to 375 and 500 sq. ft. Line Set is 100% accurately pre-charged with R-410A refrigerant.
