Ascaso Steel Uno Professional PID Version 4 Espresso Machine   Overview: Coffee aficionados are in for a treat with the Ascaso Steel Uno Professional Espresso Machine. It is now built with a PID display that provides functionality to fine tune the boiler temperature. This enables the calibration of the water temperature based on the type of coffee. Some blends entail a mid-level temperature of 195°C, while others strike the point of 204°F. Espresso drinkers are set to find the elusive taste to complement their discerning palates. Ascaso has merged the ground and pod system since the machine’s April 2015 production. It features a newly designed grouphead made with completely solid brass, and no longer necessitates conversion kits. Internally, no changes were made from the third edition.
