Distilled by Juan Hernández Méndez; fermented naturally in open-top wood vats and distilled in a copper alembic still. Banana, vanilla, and cooked maguey. Quince and subtly floral on the tongue, with a full mouth feel. Lingering lovely round sweetness of caramel. The slightest hint of spiciness and hot smoke. An excellent after-dinner digestif that reminds us of banana foster and dessert
