Discover the versatility of the SS-1002 intercom speaker station! This station can be used with a headset, built-in speaker and panel microphone, or an optional gooseneck microphone. You can even use a telephone-style handset as an alternative to a headset. The SS-1002 comes in three versions to cater to different needs.  Telex RTS SS-1002 1CH speaker station The "S" box version is portable and features a carrying handle and dual "loop-through" intercom connectors for quick interconnection using prefabricated cables. The "P" box version is stationary with dual "loop-through" connectors and is designed for desktop or console-mount applications. The "U" box version is perfect for permanent, in-the-wall mounting and uses push-type wire terminals for easy connection to the intercom system. Furthermore, there is a two-channel "RM" version available, which is not only suitable for desktop use, but can also be rackmounted using the optional RM-14 rackmount kit. Features Easy Wiring –Via XLR “loop-through” or push-type wiringterminal block. Panel Mic Key – Selects built-in panel microphone orgooseneck microphone (when present) when in the Onposition. Selects headset/handset when in the Off position. Speaker Key – Selects the built-in speaker in the On positionand the headset/handset when in the Off position. Channel Select Switch (SS-2002 only) – Used to switchbetween intercom channels one (1) and two (2).The switchlights green for channel one (1) and red for channel two (2). Call Key –Used to send call signals on the intercom channeland to indicate incoming calls. Intercom Talk Key – Only momentary (push-to-talk) is possibleto reduce feedback.
