Description Allen & Heath AH-DX012 12 XLR Output Audio Expander With the Allen & Heath AH-DX012 Remote Output Expander you are made capable of expanding your AHM-64 audio matrix, SQ, Avantis, or dLive mixers. The unit is capable of offering both analog and AES output connections over its XLR terminations which makes it perfect for feeding IEM systems onstage or amplifier racks at the front of house. The 12 XLR connections are possible to be configured as 12 analog line outputs, eight analog line outs that comes along with four stereo AES outputs, or four analog line outputs along with eight stereo AES outs. Over a secure EtherCon jack, the DX012 is possible to connecting to the aforementioned mixers and matrices along with a single Cat 5e cable. A second, locking EtherCon port is made for allowing the redundancy or daisy-chaining to a second DX expander for additional connections if more are needed.
