The Offenders were formed in 1978 in Killeen, Texas relocated to Austin in 1980 and became known worldwide as one of the premiere hardcore bands from Texas. Alongside their peers: D.R.I., M.D.C. the Offenders completely ruled the 80s HC scene during the infamous Reagan-era. This album is a 2005 re-issue by veteran punk/hardcore label, Kangaroo Records from Amsterdam, Netherlands and Nice, France.
