Media Condition: Mint (M) Sleeve Condition: Mint (M) Mutant Sounds Records is proud to present Lvke Jvarez "All's Fair in the Game of Love of Money" CD - Mutant Sounds Records (2025)Based out of Houston Texas, Lvke Jvarez, is the brainchild of singer/songwriter Lucas Juarez.The year was 2020, and Lucas was stepping back onto the stage after a long hiatus with his former group the Business Machines. They were an established and seasoned hard rock/post punk band. However, the COVID pandemic stalled all momentum the group was building and Lucas found himself isolated as the world went on lockdown. It seemed another hiatus would be imminent.With the pandemic lockdown in place, Lucas began working on new material, making modest recordings of demo material. With no real access to his band mates, he decided to embrace the electronic sounds of 808s and other EDM beats and loops rather than rock/punk arrangements with realistic drum sounds.
