RIAA combo Platinum and Gold Album Award for Diana Krall albums When I Look In Your Eyes and Love Scenes. The album When I Look In Your Eyes was released on June 8, 1999 and certified Platinum by the RIAA on Nov. 15, 2000 for one million copies sold. Love Scenes was released Aug. 26, 1997 and went RIAA Gold on Aug. 12, 1999. When I Look... was nominated for a Grammy award for Album of the Year in 2000, becoming the first jazz album in 25 years to be nominated in that category. It ended up winning Grammys for Best Jazz Vocal and Best Engineered Album, Non-Classical. The album also won a Juno Award for Best Vocal Jazz Album and topped the Billboard Top Jazz Albums chart. Love Scenes, released earlier, went to #2 on the Billboard Top Jazz Albums chart and also went RIAA Platinum by 2002.
