Thu, May 5, 2022 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM Beginner to Intermediate Level Pottery Wheel Class Series  $225 THURSDAY MORNINGS 10 am - 1 pm with Instructor Rachel Haynes 7 Week Series Thursdays 10 am - 1 pm *Beginning May 5th-June 23rd (no class on Thurs, May 26th) In this 7-week class series:  "Beginning Wheel Students" will learn the basics of throwing on the wheel and will include preparation, centering opening, pulling, trimming, and attaching handles. The students will work on bowl and cylinder forms. The last 2 weeks of the series are focused on learning how to brush and dip glazes. "Intermediate and Continuing Students" will start will begin with a refresher and then will get weekly challenges, techniques, and surface applications, which are all geared toward skill-building. The last 2 weeks of each class session will be glazing. *New students will purchase materials on the first day of class if they do not have tools already: Kemper Pottery Wheel Tool Kit (made in the USA) and a 2
