The PA-970-C allows builders to match their favorite size 16 reel seat with a composite handle of their choice featuring a .980" diameter. The stepped arbor reduces handle weight and ensure a seamless fit between reel seat and handle. These specialty arbors are specifically shortened and matched to fit perfectly with both .980" and .920" Composite handle systems.
