More to come! Core Refund Information: Core Policy What is a Core?  All of our remanufactured turbochargers require core deposits. This means that we require your old part to be sent back. In order to ensure that we get your old part back we put a deposit on the part. After installation, we\'ll have you or the mechanic send the part back to us.  If you purchased an optional ARS label, then the shipping costs include the return of the core. How to Return a Core? To return your old core, wrap it and place it in the same box you received your new turbo in. Attach the supplied UPS sticker. Do not cut or modify the sticker in any way.
