At first glance, the deeply divided foliage gives the appearance up an upright red laceleaf. The upright habit and leaf shape give this tree a unique ornamental appeal. 'Peve Stanley' may reach 8-10 ft in 10 years. Fall color is a bright crimson red. "Peve" is a combination with his name which Piet Vergeldt uses for many of his introductions.
