Acer buergerianum 'Sunshine' Rare Golden Trident Maple Zones 5-9   Acer buergerianum 'Sunshine' leaf outs in the early spring as a light golden yellow. As summer progresses, the leaves gradually turn light yellow-green before becoming a light green. The foliage reaches its peak in autumn color in a vivid orange-red. Each leaf has three broad, moderately divided lobes that fan out. The ovate lobes feature triangular, pointed tips and distinctly toothed margins.
