The Resident Chef Pineapple Salsa

You will love this  salsa on everything. We have created this sweet version, and it's just as easy to prepare! A wonderful choice paired with chicken breast, shrimp, fish or just snacking with tortilla chips. We use diced tomatoes, but fresh chopped tomatoes are also great! Serve mixed with a jar of peach or pineapple preserves for a great Pineapple Salsa jelly and serve it over cream cheese for delicious appetizer!
