It is 100% bolt on and Made In the USA. This kit includes a 11x16" Antique Brown Wingtip Designed Leather seat and Spring solo kit and Black formed veg tanned leather ECM Cover. The 3" Springs are Black Powder Coated. Now 2000-2017 Harley Softail owners can mount a spring solo seat to there bikes without modifications! All the parts are included for a spring solo seat mounting. The kit is easy to install and it will fit all 2000-2017 Softail models.
