The rope used in our scratchers is made of sisal, woven and twisted from fibers of the Agave sisalana plant with no chemicals, oils, or other treatments. You can order this and have it shipped to you so you can replace it yourself or you can ship your wedge back to us and we will do the replacement for you. We do not charge for our labor to do this, only the shipping and the rope kit cost. If you would like us to do the wrapping, you must purchase the kit and select "Wrapping by Morey Shoop". We will send you an email with a return authorization number that you must print and include in the box when you ship it to us. We will also send you our shipping address at that time.
