Rare "Wave" lounge chair designed by Vladimir Kagan for Directional, c.1990s. Known to draw inspiration from nature and his surroundings, Kagan styled this beautiful piece after the curl and crest of a wave. Reupholstered in an abstract-patterned bouclé, the soft fabric stands in perfect contrast to the sculptural frames. This lounge chair is deceptively comfy, with a pillowy seat and ergonomic arms and back.
