612 - Cascading Mountains 1

"Cascading Mountains 1" Felted Art 8.5" x 21" - Wrapped Frame 8.5" x 21" I call my process "Painting with Fiber" and use the fiber from the alpacas that I raise on my ranch in Colorado. I am always inspired by the natural world around me. My process begins by partially felting a "Canvas", then adding my design by needle or wet felting, and finishing with a cohesive piece of fabric. I use natural alpaca colors in addition to hand dyeing the brilliant colors.
