Jefferson's Reserve Pritchard Hill Cabernet Cask Finish starts with Jefferson’s Reserve Kentucky straight bourbon, which is extra aged for 12 months in French Oak casks that once held Pritchard Hill® Cabernet Sauvignon. The wine barrels that matured the most sought-after wine in the Chappellet® portfolio lend a sweetness to the bourbon by adding notes of dark berry, espresso and chocolate. Aroma: Blackberry, black cherry, licorice, dark chocolate. Palate: Fruits, dates, apricots, Cabernet, lemon. Finish: Long, smoky, oak tannins. Alc. Vol:  45.1% ABV (90.2º Proof)
