Monolithic Inflator SC3

Monolithic Constructors, Inc. just released a newly designed, heavy-duty inflator fan. This rugged fan is designed for the serious dome builder. The Monolithic Inflator SC3 utilizes an industrial strength squirrel cage fan with a 3 horsepower motor. MDI has added an automatic pressure control known as a compensation gate which lets air out to maintain precise pressure control. In case of power failure, the back draft door closes – allowing the Airform to remain inflated for a period of time. Powered by a 3 HP direct drive single phase motor. The extended box contains a back draft damper. The air pressure is controlled by use of a compensating waste gate. This is a professional level inflator built for continuous duty. This unit is not equipped with electrical power supply. Purchaser must wire motor for needed power supply. It can be wired for 110 single phase, however 220 phase wiring is recommended.
