4.5" Damasteel Utility & Charcuterie board with Black & White G10

Featured at the Damasteel Chef Invitational Fall 2021 show! Handmade paring knife of stainless damascus folded by Damasteel of Sweden.  This 4.5" blade features a pattern called Grosserossen. The handle is of Black and White G-10 with a single brass fastener. This knife measures 9" overall. 1.2 oz. HRC 61. Included is a 6"x6"x1" African Wenge cutting block for perfect for charcuterie!
