This is a recording of a special concert that took place in May of 2001 at St. Joseph's Roman Catholic Church in Greenwich, New York, where the Battenkill Chorale and members of New Skete Monastery came together in a marvelous collaboration. The first two pieces were composed by Abbess Hildegard von Bingen (1098-1179). The remaining pieces are compositions from the Monks of New Skete.
