A classic, professional grade leather strop with fastening ring. For sharpening forged razors, attach the leather strop and hold it at the other end. Move the razor up and down in stroking movements at an angle of 30°. To do this, turn the razor on the back of the skin. This way both sides of the blade are sharpened and can be used again for shaving. To sharpen the razor, you can also apply a sharpening paste.
