Crafted entirely by hand, the Aster coffee table by Vincent Van Duysen features the subtle nuances that come from meticulous handiwork. Its black brass base is made using a sand-casting process and undergoes a vibratory stone polishing to produce the pleasingly irregular finish. The table's round, annealed glass top is precision molded at a high temperature that renders the elegant ripples on the bottom side, and then is painted for a stylish, darkened look. A decorative addition to the living room or other common spaces, the Aster table can be placed as an extension of the primary coffee table or as a side table next to the sofa.
