Top Coat - Dip Liquid Step 4

Includes: 1 – 15ml Top Coat for dip liquids. Step 4 To Use: After Activator is fully dry, apply a layer of Top Coat and allow to fully dry. Apply a second coat if desired.    Step 1: Primes and dehydrates for maximum lasting effects. Step 2: A base coat is used to adhere the powder to the nails. Step 3: Activator hardens and cures dip powder after step 2 for a strong finish with no light needed.
