This series of bilge pumps is programmed to recognize the dielec tric constant of water only. In the event of an onboard oil spill, straight motor oil that enters the bilge will not turn the pump on. Has a removable strainer. Size: 4" H x 5" W x 2.5" D. Can be connected to a manual override or lighted switch. Pump requires a 3-way panel switch. RM1500A and RM2000A have a threaded 1" NPSM port which accepts the included 1 and 1-1/8" hose barb ports.
