A VOC compliant, one-part water-borne polymer protective coating design for application to a variety masonry surfaces, such as, concrete pavers, barrel roof tiles, slate, etc. Formulated from new “Bio-Echo” plant polymers technologies, it enables the pavers to be sealed while still damp! It is formulated for maximum water blush, or haze resistance while providing a satin/semi-gloss finish that penetrates the surface, seals, and strengthens and binds the sand between paver joints, thus limiting movement, and retarding the growth of weeds.
