357 Magnum SBD 158 grain XTP Subsonic Silent But Deadly.  This round was developed specifically to be an exceptionally clean burning round with very low recoil.   It delivers on both expectations, subtle recoil and miniscule fouling.    Being subsonic, this is ideal for suppressed lever actions rifles and cycles perfectly in our Henry's and Marlins.   When matched with a suppressor, the round is nearly dead silent.   Why not just shoot 38 Special, well you can...we've just found that it's often problematic cycling in modern lever guns, so we built full case 357 just with a softer punch.  Bullet expansion is negligible as the round needs 300 FPS more velocity to open up, but that wasn't the point with this build.   Bullet Weight: 158 Grains.  Bullet Type: Hornady XTP.Muzzle Velocity: 1000 fps. Muzzle Energy: 351 ft. lbs.
