
Freedom Apple
(Malus 'Freedom') Named for it's freedom from disease, this is an incredibly disease resistant variety. Freedom has white flowers that bloom mid-season. This tree will do best with another mid-season apple or crabapple tree to pollinate with. For example, Triumph, Honeycrisp, SnowSweet, or McIntosh. Freedom produces a large red apple that is versatile for canning, cider, baking, or eating fresh. This variety ripens in late September.
