Mounts directly to the rear suspension block. This adapter plate will allow for fitment of both the tow handle and rear mudguard on your Dualtron. It provides a small amount of rise and has available bolt pattern on the sides for compatibility with box brackets. Makes installing the box brackets very simple. Compatible with D3, Thunder 1/2/3, Victor, Victor Luxury, Victor Luxury+, Compact, Achilleus, and Ultra V2.
