The M7 Priest Kangaroo was a field modification of the American M7 Priest self-propelled gun, converted by Canadian and British forces during World War II. Its main gun was removed to create space for transporting infantry, effectively turning it into an armored personnel carrier. This version of the Kangaroo was used primarily in the later stages of the war, offering better protection and mobility for troops compared to unarmored trucks or half-tracks.
