The Eliana Vacation Home is a little different than our other houses. This kit gives you the option to make the vacation home your "Heart Desires". It includes everything needed to finish the exterior house in three different ways. 1) The Aspen Retreat with Stone & Siding 2) The Log Home with Logs 3) Or you can mix and match with Stone & Logs All three options work for a Bed & Breakfast. The interior is the same for all option. The structural pieces are laser cut out of 1/16th maple. The kit includes the base, two floors that are etched to resemble hardwood flooring, roof pieces, & chimney. The exterior materials include pre-cut siding, pre-cut stone, exterior corner trims, logs, railings, & a set of steps. The interior materials include wallpaper, baseboards, cove molding, and trims for the edges of the walls and floors.
