This is a very rigid, and durable plastic that can withstand repeated use for years to come. What are the measurements for this cutter? The cutter sizes shown below are approximate measurements and may vary slightly. My cutters feature a super thin, 0.4mm cutting edge that will produce clean cuts. These cutters can be used on various materials, such as cookie dough, cake, fondant, and rolled clay. Cutter Depth: 17 mm (approx. 11/16") How do I wash your cutters? All of my cutters are HAND wash only; they are NOT dishwasher safe. Do not expose them to excessive heat as this will warp the cutter. Who designs your cutters?
