Use Violet to manifest clarity, understanding, deeper connection, inspiration and better communication. *Using Violet may help reduce stress, anxiety and insomnia.   Simply set your intention, add several scoops of Violet Bath Salt to your bath under running water, and let the stress melt away.  If you don’t like to bathe with petals floating in your bath, use the cotton bag that is included with your order. Use the scoop to add salts to the bag, tighten the drawstrings, and use as a teabag, allowing the goodness to infuse your bath.
