Burnout Velvet Wrap

This evening wrap made of  burnout velvet has a red and green flower pattern and a black pleated chiffon ruffle.  It is lined in black silk velvet.  Though it can be worn for special occasions, it is soft enough to wrap as a scarf.  Wear it over a coat, as part of an outfit, even with a pair of jeans.  An elegant and versatile piece.
