Mid-century walnut sculptural dining table designed in the 1950s by Merton Gershun for American of Martinsville's iconic 'Dania' line. We are also offering more pieces from this collection including a set of 6 dining chairs and a credenza. Gorgeously grained walnut veneers in a stunning parquet pattern, an elegant tapered boat shape, a beautifully shaped cutout apron, and tapered solid walnut legs contribute to this unique design. This is a large table, and gets even larger with the two leaves inserted. Includes the original shaped-to-fit protective table pads. Six solid walnut dining chairs, includes two captain's arm chairs, bent wood back coated in a gunmetal grey/ brown matte lacquered finish. New high density foam cushion seat pads with green performance velvet fabric. The dining table measures 62"W x 40"D x 29.75"H.
