I recommend a strong layer of bag stabilizer, such as Peltex, Timtex, or Fast2Fuse inside your front flap for strength.  To install:   Position the Bar Lock over the finished edge of a bag flap or strap closure and a removable pen/marker/chalk to mark cutting holes. You can notch out the hole for the flip closure completely, but I would use a leather punch or awl to cut out the holes for the screws. Use clear drying fast grab glue such as Beacon 3-in-1, E-6000 or Gutterman glue on both pieces so that they stay in place.  Use a mini screw driver to screw in the 2 provided screws.  Simply attach the flip part on the bag front using th
