Naturals are processed by leaving the cherries intact during drying, which gives this Ethiopia popping fruit notes and a more unique flavor and body. Process: Natural/Dry Process Roast Guidelines: Mod. Light (75) - Medium (55) This washed Ethiopia yields a very clean, sweet cup with tangy acidity. In contrast with natural processed Ethiopias, the washed coffees deliver more pronounced citrus and more nuanced berry notes. It's one of our personal daily drivers. Known for their ancient cultivating and processing techniques, Kenya coffees are often bright with crisp, vibrant acidity and nuances of dried fruits and cocoa. Of all the coffees we offer, this one is one of our absolute favorites. Proces
