Overall burgundy tones with pinkish-red highlights, small pools of vibrant purple and deep, almost black streaks on the side of the stone. The coloring and natural inclusions and opening give it a slightly gritty look. The most notable opening can be seen on the right side of the stone as seen in the photos. Treatment: None Fluorescence: Yes Origin: Tanzania Modeled on a size 5.25 finger. Has a few very, very tiny openings on the surface, which are normal for these sapphires, and is a natural character that we embrace. Price reflects this.
