This bench is designed for various chest exercises such as presses or flies. The back adjusts from about 0 to about 80 degrees of incline. In addition, the seat will adjust to help keep you in proper alignment. You can use this bench with dumbbells or other functional training pieces. Or, you can use this bench with a free weight machine such as a Smith machine, power rack, or other strength training machine. It has transport wheels. Unit is very compact and well built.
