The Midland Ghost White Pepper Sauce was originally called “duck sauce”. It came about on a duck hunt near Hurtsboro, Alabama. After a long day of hunting, the hunters spent the better part of the evening revisiting the days stories only to realize the ducks had not been prepared for dinner. With the Midland Ghost pepper sauce close at hand and a combination of other ingredients, our white pepper sauce was created for the late night feast. The sauce was later refined to the Midland Ghost white sauce we sell today and is good on everything you can imagine.
