Grown on mountainous chalk and clay rich soils in Catalonia, the Bolet family farms organically, vinifies in stainless steel and allows the wine to rest for 12 months prior to disgorgement and bottling. It offers bright cherry and strawberry notes on a ripe and juicy, yet elegant frame with fine, persistent bubbles.
